In almost all types of data it is present the context properties button that displays or hides the context dropdown menu, which allows access to specific context functionality.
The dropdown menu in turn is divided into the following groups:
Title | Description |
Default | For tree view data and research, it outlines the default option activates when you click in the address bar. |
Edit | Includes options for the data editing. In addition to the standard ones described in the next paragraph, there are also included options to add new data. |
Admin | The administration or management options relating to the selected data. |
Family DNS |
Accessible at either system and domain level, this document enumerates all available options for the Family DNS. |
Sales and Payments |
It groups all the features related to payments and sales. |
Welcome Portal |
These options are available for the system, reseller, manager, domain, gateway and access point branches type and allow you to customise the Welcome Portal. |
Below you find some features of the context dropdown menu shared in many types of data and usually grouped under the “Edit” title, to which you will find references in the rest of the manual:

Edit | Opens the page for editing data.
Available only if the user has permissions to read the current data. |
Copy | Copies the current data.
Available only if the user has permissions to write the current data. |
Cut | Cuts the current data.
Available only if the user has permissions to write the current data. |
Paste | This function is visible only if you have previously executed a “Copy” or “Cut”, it allows you to paste the copied data.
Available only if the user has permissions to write the current data. |
Delete | Deletes the current data.
Available only if the user has permissions to delete the current data. |
Lock/Unlock
Disable/enable |
Blocks or unblocks, disables and enables data. If the data is unblocked, it is shown with a red bar on the right of the context properties button . If the data are locked, to unlock it, remove the red bar on the right of the button.
This option is available also at “ System” level and allows you to put HSNM into maintenance. In this case, only the system users with “Admin” rights for the “System Settings” will be able to access and continue using the backend and the users will not be allowed to access the Welcome Portal. Available only if the user has permissions to administrate or to write (it depends on the cases or on user’s role) the current data. |
In the tree view and searched data, the context dropdown menu can be opened by clicking the right mouse button over the affected line.
