Where do I create vouchers?

A voucher is a unique digit code that guests buy to top up their WiFi account. There are many ways to top up and a voucher is one of the add-on options.
To redeem the voucher, guests need to enter the digit code printed across the receipt. The voucher can be used across all the networks you have if federated.

1. Design your vouchers

You can decide the length and complexity of the code at the domain level, by clicking Edit > Products for the Domain and selecting a code type from the Code Type for Vouchers field.

Vouchers come with a build-in design that you can customise

  1. Select your domain.
  2. Click the dropdown menu and scroll down to Voucher Management
  3. Click the Graphic Customization button at the top-right corner

  • Preview (you have prior to save changes to be applied)
  • General Data
  • Main Title (available only for two-column template)
  • Background
  • Custom Template (custom CSS)

Once changed and completed, click the Save button on the top right corner.
Click the Refresh button to preview the image.

2. Create your batch of vouchers

Create batches of vouchers, by following these steps

  1. If still open, from the Voucher Management tab, click the + Create Vouchers button.
  2. If you closed the Card Management tab, click the dropdown menu of the domain, and select Voucher Management
  3. Create your vouchers by filling in the below data
  • Domain 
  • Product (select the product to associate with the card)
  • Selling Price 
  • Quantity (numbers of vouchers to create)
  • Printing Language (language you want to display on the vouchers)
  • Can Be Used Till (maximum date until the voucher can be used, if any)

Click the Save button on the top right corner to create your batch of vouchers
Click the Refresh button on the bottom right corner.

3. Print your batch of vouchers

Once designed and created, you can print your batch of vouchers.
You can export them to be printed externally or print them on A4 paper.

  1. From the Voucher Management tab, click the dropdown menu of your created batch
  2. Select Print

4. Export your batch of vouchers

You can export them to be printed externally.

  1. From the Voucher Management tab, click the dropdown menu of your created batch
  2. Select Data Management Tool
  3. Expand Export Vouchers Data
  4. Click the Run button

You will get an excel file with all the details
