In printers with firmware version “HS(2w)v1.1.0.2” and greater, it is possible to upload a logo to be printed as header for cards and the vouchers.
To upload the logo, you have to download the appropriate utility from the HSNM documentation.
The procedure for downloading and running the utility is as follows:
Access the HSNM.
Click the “Admin” tab in the upper-left corner.
Select “Documentation”.
Click on “PrinterLogoTool.zip” to download the file.
Unzip the zip file into a folder.
Connect the printer to the PC using a console cable and verify that this is recognized by Windows.
Point the “LogoTool.exe” file with the right mouse button, select “Run as Administrator”.
Select the COM port on the bottom left.
In order to upload the logo to be printed, you have to follow these steps:
Select “LOGO_PRINT_HEADER”.
Press “Load_BMP” and drlrct a monochrome image with dimensions 370 x 100 pixels.
Press the “Download” button on the bottom right.
If you want to remove the logo to be printed, proceed as above by uploading the image “blank.bmp” present among the files of the PrinterLogoTool.zip.
