Which social media channels does the platform offer?

Guests can sign in through the following Social Media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, Amazon, and VKontakte.
You can also offer TPIN, the Turkish public identification number, LDAP Authentication, Microsoft Azure and Custom OAuth login.
You can increase the venue’s social presence by encouraging likes, shares and follows.

How do I set up social media channels on HSNM?

Before you begin

You must have administrator access to complete this task.

Procedure

  1. You need to select the Admin tab
  2. Navigate to External Authentications > Social Networks.
  3. Edit your App details and click the Save button on the top-right corner.

Enabling the social login for the guests

Before proceeding, make sure you have selected the appropriate authentication mode. In General Data > Authentication Mode, select one of the following modes: User self-service registration; User self-service registration. No password; OTP Sent by SMS.

  1. Choose your domain.
  2. From the dropdown, select Edit.
  3. Expand External Authentication.
  4. Enable the social media channels you want guests to use.
  5. Once completed, click the Save button.
