HSNM Hotspot Manager offers a White Label solution, and you can market the portal with your brand, logo and URL, identifying and enhancing your business brand.

Prerequisites

1. You must have reseller access to complete this task.
2. You need to have the following records that point to the platform’s IP addresses:
   One A record to 193.238.77.55 (e.g. ns1.yourdomain.com)
   One A record to 193.238.77.56 (e.g ns2.yourdomain.com)
   One A record to 193.238.77.55 and 193.238.77.56 (e.g. portals.yourdomain.com)

Procedure

1. Log in to h11.wi5stars.com or use the IP address: 193.238.77.55.
2. At the reseller level, you need to select the Data tab and click the dropdown menu

   

3. Select the Custom Domain section. 
4. In the Domain Name to Access the System field, enter the record that points to 193.238.77.55, e.g. ns1.yourdomain.com
5. Scroll down to Custom Round Robin Hosts and enter the record that points to 193.238.77.56, e.g. ns2.yourdomain.com
6. Next, scroll down to Custom Load Balancing Domain. In the Name of the Load Balancing Domain field, enter the record pointing to 193.238.77.55 and 193.238.77.56 (e.g. portals.yourdomain.com).
7. Scroll down to Brand Customisation and fill in the required fields, including the brand name (used in the Welcome Portal and Wiki), the URL for the ‘Powered By’ link (defaults if not provided), and the logo (170×70 pixels) for the top-left corner of the management area
8. Click Save in the top right corner.

Now, you have to follow the same steps in the other HA platform. Swap the IP addresses accordingly.

1. Log in to h12.wi5stars.com or use the IP address 193.238.77.56.
2. At the reseller level, you need to select the Data tab and click the dropdown menu.
3. Select the Custom Domain section. 
4. In the Domain Name to Access the System field, enter the record that points to 193.238.77.56, e.g. ns2.yourdomain.com
5. Scroll down to Custom Round Robin Hosts and enter the record that points to 193.238.77.55, e.g. ns1.yourdomain.com
6. Click Save in the top right corner.

Now you and your venues’ owners can log in again using the new URL address you have set.
