How to gather comprehensive information

To let your subscribers tell you more about them, provide them with a simple form to complete during the login process before accessing WiFi. This inquiry provides the service provider or venue owner with guest information, enabling them to engage with guests through targeted offers and advertisements.

From the domain, expand Data to Customise Users Registration and enable the fields you need to collect.

The most common information needed from subscribers to segment them typically includes:

  1. Personal information such as age and gender.
  2. Geographic data such as country, city, or Postcode/ZIP code, whether you have physical stores.

Procedure to segment a campaign

  • Click the dropdown menu of your campaign. 
  • Select the menu on the right and then click Edit.
  • Expand Target.
  • Now add your rules to segment your audience.
  • Once completed, click the Save button on the top right corner to save the entries.

The Anonymous Users option: If activated, the campaign will also be displayed to all the users who have not logged in yet.
