Allows defining, at reseller, manager and advertiser level, the available modules and the limits applied to the available options.
Maximum limits enable the creation of a multi-tenant system by providing structured control over resources and features. This approach ensures scalability and allows differentiation of offerings across resellers, managers, and advertisers.
Limits are assigned hierarchically and applied in a cascading manner. The effective maximum limits are determined by the sum of the values assigned at the lower levels.
Fields are editable only if the user has permission to edit “Modules and Limits”.
| Field | Description |
Enable |
Enable gateway management features for internet connections. Visible only if the internet gateway license has been purchased. |
Maximum Number of Gateways |
Maximum number of gateways that can be defined. A value of 0 indicates that the maximum number is limited only by the licence currently in use in your system. Used to create a multi-tenant system. This feature allows resellers and manager to create, modify and add gateways while enforcing a maximum limit. |
Maximum Number of Users |
Maximum number of concurrent users connected to the gateways. The defined value represents the total number of users allowed across all gateways, calculated as the sum of the maximum number of users defined for each gateway. A value of 0 indicates no limit. Setting this value also activates a control that enforces a minimum of five simultaneous users per gateway. Used to create a multi-tenant system and limit the maximum number of concurrent users. |
Maximum Number of Users per Gateway |
Maximum number of concurrent users allowed for each gateway. A value of 0 indicates no limit. If a value is set in the “Maximum Number of Users” field, it will not be possible to configure a higher value. |
Maximum Number of Views per Minute |
Maximum number of Welcome Portal views allowed per minute. The sum of the “Maximum number of views per minute” values configured at the reseller or manager level cannot exceed the defined limit. To indicate no limit, set the value to 0. If you need to decrease or reset this value, you must first update the values defined in the managers. When the limit is exceeded within the same minute, users are shown a message indicating that the system is busy and to wait for a specified number of seconds. |
Reduce the Maximum Number of Users for the Gateways-to |
If a non-zero percentage is selected, during the disabled months of a gateway the service remains active, but the maximum number of users is reduced to the specified percentage. For example, if in the gateway the “Maximum Number of Users” is set to 50 and this value is set to 10%, during disabled months the maximum number of users is reduced to 5. If set to 0%, the service is not available during disabled months and users see the message “Sorry, the system is not active this month”. This option can be configured at manager and gateway level. |
Public Campaigns |
Determine whether the created advertising campaigns are public and therefore displayed on all gateways, including those of other resellers. If not enabled, they are displayed only on the reseller’s gateways. In other words, this parameter allows you to restrict the publication of the reseller’s campaigns to the reseller’s managers’ gateways only, or to make them available on all gateways. To create a private campaign for the gateways of a single manager, select “ Add campaign” from the manager’s context menu. Visible only if the user has permission to “Enable Public Campaigns for Advertisers”. Visible only for advertisers. |
Maximum Number of Active Campaigns |
Maximum number of campaigns that the manager or the reseller’s advertiser can activate at the same time. A value of 0 indicates that limit is defined only by the licence in use. Used to create a multi-tenant system. |
Maximum Media Size (MB) |
Maximum size, expressed in megabytes, of image, audio, and video files that the reseller’s managers can upload. The count considers the custom images, the images for the campaign banners and the media uploaded to the places of the maps. The specified value determines the maximum media size of all reseller’s managers. A value of 0 indicates that only the limits defined at individual manager level apply. |
Current Size (MB) |
Current total size of uploaded image, audio and video files. Read-only property. |
Discount |
Percentage discount applied to the price list of sold products |

This option allows managers to create, modify, and add vehicles while enforcing a maximum limit. Editable only if the user has permission to edit “Modules and Limits” and if authorised to manage “Fleet GPS Tracking & Telemetry” data. Visible only if the Fleet Tracking licence has been purchased and fleet GPS tracking and telemetry have been enabled. |
